摘    要:本研究用荧光标记8个STR位点及性别位点,于同一试管同步进行扩增后,在PE377全自动测序仪于一个泳道内,成功地对各位点进行基因型分离检测.将此方法应用于30多起案件检验,均取得满意结果.

Abstract:A fluorescent STR system contains D16S539, D7S820, D13S317, D5S818, CSF1PO, TPOX, TH01, VWA STR loci and Amelogenin locus was amplified in a tube and moved by electrophoresis in a gel lane. The genotype of all 9 loci was successfully analyzed and 30 cases were solved with this method. The system is a sensitive, quick and have high value in routine casework.
