陕西房地产业从20世纪80年代中期开始起步,历经从无到有,从小到大,从乱到治,现已基本步入良性循环的轨道,为陕西国民经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高以及城市面貌和基础设施的改善起到了举足轻重的作用,但仍存在一定问题。分析现状,研究问题,探讨对策,对促进陕西房地产业的发展具有重大的现实意义。

Study on the Existing State and Development of Estate in Shaanxi Province

Since 1980's, Shaanxi estate has greatly developed through small and chaotic to large and orderly, which runs into a right way now. The estate has not only contributed to the state of cities and capital construction in Shaanxi, but also played an important role in the development of the national economy of Shaanxi and improving living conditions. However, it has yet some problems. Discuss on and investigation the problems, through surveying present conditions, have great realistic meanings.
