The principle of proportionality is well known as "the principle of crown" in administrative laws,and is also one important operation theory of administrative power.The origin,connotation and assumption overseas of administrative proportion principle are analyzed in this article.With the outcome obtained,the anthor elaborates the necessity and feasibility introducing proportion principle into the administrative laws of China in comparion with the rational principle.
