| 摘 要： | 我国教育资源配置调整的基本思路是,调整教育资源的分配结构,加强对基础教育的投入,教育资源配置应按地区、学校性质与种类等的不同而区别对待,在投入总量不断增加的条件下,逐步提高公用经费和基建投资的比重,改善办学条件。

| Abstract: | The basic resolutions of China's educational resources allocation are as follows: Firstly, we should adjust the structure of educational resources and raise the investment on elementary education. Secondly, the educational resources allocation should be treated differently according to the sorts and nature of different schools and regions. And thirdly, the public fund and basic construction investment, should be increased gradually and the school- running conditions showld be improved. |
