公益精神与和谐社会的构建

公益精神是和谐社会的精神内涵。一个社会要真正实现和谐,必须以公益精神为指导,妥善解决以下四个方面的问题:一要妥善处理好政府自身利益与社会公共利益之间的冲突,实现政府与社会的和谐;二要充分协调公民个人利益与国家整体利益之间的冲突,实现公民与国家的和谐互动;三要妥善解决企业自身利益与市场整体利益之间的冲突,实现企业与市场的和谐互动;四要协调解决非营利组织自身利益与社会公共利益之间的冲突,实现非营利组织与社会的和谐互动。

Public Service Spirit and Construction of the Harmonious Society

Public service spirit is the spiritual intension of the harmonious society,a society should really realize being harmonious,must regard public service spirit as guidelines,solve the problem of four following respects properly: Firstly,it should handle the conflict between government's one's own interests and social public interests well properly,realize the harmony of the government and the society;Secondly,it should fully coordinate the conflict between citizen's individual interests and national whole interests,realize the citizen interacts with harmony of the country;Thirdly,it should solve the conflict between enterprise's one's own interests and whole interests of market properly,realize enterprises interact with harmony of the market;Fourthly,it will be coordinated and solve the conflict between one's own interests of nonprofit organization and social public interests,realize nonprofit organization interacts with harmony of the society.
