| 摘 要： | 远程操控诈骗犯罪是一种依托于网络通讯平台的非接触式跨区域的新型诈骗犯罪,具有侵害范围广、对象不特定,犯罪团伙实行公司化、集团化管理,作案过程呈阶段性等特点,而通过银行转账支付获取赃款是其本质特征。针对远程犯罪频发的特点,侦查部门应采取＂2＋1＂侦查模式、串并分析和建立情报网络、进行信息碰撞等侦查对策。
