| 摘 要： | 在社会转型时期,面对经济犯罪不断增长的趋势,采用重刑治理经济犯罪的刑事政策却未收到良好的社会效应。这源于我国现行经济犯罪刑事政策内涵过于狭窄,且过分依赖刑罚的作用。为此,反思现行经济犯罪的刑事政策,并完善其疏漏之处,构建科学的经济犯罪刑事政策,已是刻不容缓。

| Abstract: | During the period of social transition,we find,facing the fact that the economic crimes are increasing constantly,that the severe penalties fail to serve the expected purposes.Naturally,this embarrassment is due to our criminal policy.Besides,we are overdependent on the penalty.Therefore,we,through the reflection,begin to reconstructure the more scientific criminal policy involving the economic crimes. |
