| Abstract: | In the course of modernization, the Latin American countries got achievements of world interest, but since 1980s, Latin American countries have been so deeply involved in the "Trap in Latin America" that they can't get away. Making a study of the process of modernization in Latin American countries and drawing its experience and lessons is of momentous significance in building a socialist harmonious society in China. |
