| 摘 要： | 证券民事责任以证券民事主体违反证券法律法规规定的义务为前提,证券民事责任的补偿功能能够及时弥补受害者的损失,恢复投资信心。充分、及时、准确地获取证券投资信息能令投资者做出符合自身利益的投资决定,而禁止内幕交易则是防止交易不公平的重要武器。
