| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是当前学界和社会中的热点。学界对和谐社会如何构建说了很多，但是对和谐社会如何界定却阐述不够。和谐社会的前提在于社会主要矛盾的非对抗性，在这一基础上其他次要矛盾融洽共存，方为和谐之根本。
