| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济的不断发展，民事纠纷与日俱增，普通诉讼程序在保证程序正义的同时，已显现出无法快速、及时处理急速增长的大量案件。在司法改革发展过程中应借鉴和吸收西方各国的立法体例，建立适合我国具体国情的小额诉讼制度。

| Abstract: | As the social - economy development, civil disputes are increasing day by day. The common procedure cannot deal with the mass cases in tree. During the reform of justice, we should use westem countries＇experiences for reference, and construct the small claims procedure in our country. |
