摘    要:德育在高校教育中是非常重要的一个环节,也是培养大学生人格养成的重要手段。在长期的发展过程中,我国高校德育工作形成了相对稳定的模式、内容及目标要求,对学生的道德教育起到了一定作用。但随着社会的不断发展变化,高校德育中长期积累的观念却使德育的效果收效甚微,最为突出的表现是缺乏一种以人为本的教育哲学观的贯彻。

Abstract:Moral education is a quite important part for high education. It is also an important way to cultivate the personality of college students. In the long history of development, some relatively stable pattern, content, and target have been formed for the Chinese moral education at college level. This has influenced the moral education for college students in a moderate way. However, along with incessant development and change of the Chinese society, some concepts lasting for a rather long time in moral education of college level have made the moral education succeed little in fact. The most obvious facet is the insufficient enforcement of humanitarian concept of educational philosophy.
