| 摘 要： | 1993年12月1日开始施行的《中华人民共和国反不正当竞争法》标志着我国在反不正当竞争领域确立了法律制度。该法虽施行多年,但行政执法实践表明,《反不正当竞争法》对于鼓励和保护公平竞争反对不正当竞争,保护经营者和消费者的合法权益,发挥了重要作用,实现了一定的立法目的,同时也暴露出一些急需解决的问题。

| Abstract: | "Law against competition inappropriate of the Peoples Republic of China" began to be implemented on December1,1993 means that our country establishes the law system in the field of illegitimate compition.Although this law has been implemented for many years,administrative enforcement indicate that it play an important role in: object to the illegitmate compition,protect the legimate rights and interestes of the operator and consumer,and expose some problems badly need of solution at the same time. |
