| Abstract: | Taking the scientific outlook of development as the guiding principle in the Marxist learning-oriented party building means that the theoretical quintessence and ＂inner core＂ of the scientific outlook of development should be applied to the Marxist learning-oriented party building in order to promote the Marxist learning-oriented party building, to achieve good results. |
