| Abstract: | Quality is the life of the resolution works; it is the premise of doing a good job on the resolution works. There are many good methods for improving the resolution quality submitted by the teachers' representative congress further, we should make a solid ground and firm skills on many aspects such as from the improvement on the teachers' representatives, deep investigations on the quantity studies, item selection and titles and strict inspection on the approval and examination of the resolutions. |
