高等职业教育教学模式研究综述

教学改革滞后,教学模式开发不彻底,已经成为当前阻碍我国高等职业教育健康发展的主要瓶颈.国外高等职业教育教学模式对我国的借鉴意义主要体现在三个方面:一是在教学方法上要坚持以学生为中心;二是在教学内容的组织上要把职业能力培养和岗位需求放在重要位置;三是要加强与企业的合作.我们应更多地结合我国高等职业教育发展的实际,摸索出适合我国高等职业教育发展的具有中国特色的高等职业教育教学模式.

Review on the Study of Teaching Patterns of Higher Vocational Education

Present education reform lags behind the reforms of other fields and teaching pattern exploration is not thorough,this situation has already become the main bottleneck hindering healthy development of China's higher vocational education.The references on teaching pattern from foreign higher vocational education for us to learn are in three main aspects.Firstly, we need to persist in taking student as center on teaching method.Secondly,it should post job demands and vocational ability training on an important position for teaching content organization.Lastly,we must strengthen cooperation with enterprises.In order to find out the suitable teaching pattern of higher vocational education that contains Chinese characteristics,we'd better combine the reality of China with its exploration.
