西部法律人才培养模式优化之探讨

西部法学教育由于经济、社会、文化、地理等因素的制约,在教育观念、培养内容、课题设置、教学方法等方面存在不足,面对经济全球化、法学教育国家化、西部大开发带来的机遇与挑战,西部法学必须优化法律人才培养模式,从更新教育观念、改革培养内容、优化课程设置、革新教学方法、改革考试制度、加强学生的操作能力等方面进行改革。

On Optimizing the Mode of Training Legal Talents in the Western Areas

Because of the restrictions in such factors as economy, the society, culture, geography, etc, the western legal education has many defects in the educational idea, contents of training , subject setting up , teaching methods ,etc. Faced with the opportunity and challenge of economic globalization, nationalized education of science of law, opportunities and challenges brought by the development of western regions, the western law science must optimize the mode of training legal talents by upgrading the educational idea, reforming the training contents, optimizing courses offered, improving teaching methods, reforming examination system, and strengthening operation abilities of students, etc.
