| Abstract: | Under the background of lacking of law standardizing deposit, the author discusses the types of deposit,respectively definits deposit of reserve funds type, deposit of advance payment type, deposit from lease, deposit from decoration, deposit of earnest money type, deposit of holding claim for restitution, deposit without effect of returning in double value, determines their each legal effect. This is quite necessary. |
