| Abstract: | The historiography and the jurisprudence of ancient China have the common origin. The culture of historiographer has broken away from the culture of wizardry at earlier times. Being influenced by Confucian classics, the science of Confucian classics history has been built up and developed into independent historiography and jurisprudence. |
