| Abstract: | The U.S.A has launched a new trade-protecting campaign, on the basis of "Article 201" of its national trade law. There exists conflict between the American "Article 201" and the "Safeguard Measures" of WTO. Steel-trade protection , an unilateral action , will bring about severe impact on the stability of the WTO. China has to take some coping measures to protect its economic sovereignty. |
