| Abstract: | Partition of Stock Rights has become a hard problem needing to be settled urgently in the divorce litigations, due to the oversight in the legislation and the complexity of stock rights. Different ways of partition shall be taken according to various states of the stock involved in divorce litigation. The defects in the existing legislation shall be revised and perfected. |
