我国现行高等学校学生资助制度研究

近年来 ,我国高等学校贫困生的现状日益引起政府和社会各界的关注。为了不让每一位学生因家庭经济困难而失去享受高等教育的机会 ,国家出台了一系列高等学校学生资助的政策和规范 ,初步形成了一个以政府为主 ,广开门路 ,多渠道筹措资金的多元化资助体系。但在实际运作中还存在一些问题 ,这一政策体系有待于进一步改革与完善

Study on Current Student Sustentation System in Higher Education in China

In recent years, the state of needy students accepting higher education has drawn attention of government and all fields of society. In order to guarantee all the students to keep their opportunity to accept higher education without being influenced by their financial problems, a series of policies and regulations concerning student sustentation system have been made. A multi-imbursing system has been formed mainly with governments, and other different sources. But there are still some problems in practice. The policy system needs to be future reformed and perfected.
