| Abstract: | As the compound presentation of a cadre's personal experience and various aspects of the qualities, the cadre" personal records are the historical testimony, it's the reliable basis to use the cadre reasonably and to evaluate the specialized technical position. Therefore, we should not only manage and use the personal records well, but also explore the effective way to strengthen the management of the cadre' personal records unceasingly, renew the idea and plan the new content to meet the needs of the work, and advance with the times truly. |
