On the Cultivation of Instructors in Police Education and Training

With the continuous development of police education,the cultivation of instructors and management has become a vital factor affecting police education.The paper points out that instructor cultivation should be done by beginning with individual need and using stimulation system to motivate the police at the front-line and teachers in the police school through discussing basic features,quality structure of instructors and other issues.
