| 摘 要： | 善于总结历史经验是我们党的优良传统。一部改革开放的历史，就是一部不断创造经验、总结经验、积累经验、运用经验的历史。我们党在改革开放30年的时间里，对历史经验进行了比较系统、全面的集中总结。这些经验是全党的宝贵精神财富，是实践的智慧，是历史的精髓，是推动未来发展的支点性元素，必须坚持好、运用好。

| Abstract: | Good at summarizing experience is the Party＇s fine tradition. The history of the reform and opening up proves to be that of creating experience, summarizing experience, accumulating experience and implementing experience. Over the 30 years of the reform and opening up, the Party summarizes in an all-round and comprehensive way the history experiences, which are valuable spiritual wealth of the Party, the wisdom of practice, the essence of history and key element pushing forward the future. Thus we should adhere to them and implement them well. |
