Mental Health of College Students and Ideological and Political Education

Being an effcctive way to train college students to be useful talent,the ideological and political education of institutions of higher learning has responsibility for improvement of students'mental health.Educators should start with a good understanding of students'mental and ideological features,bring into better balance the relations between the ideological education and the mental health,and explore the effectiveness of the education at the angle of the mental health so as to lay a good foundation for the all-round and sustainable development of college students.
