农村80后外出务工女性的角色变迁研究

伴随着我国城市化进程的加快,农民工逐渐成为全社会关注的一个特殊群体.继1980年代的第一批农民工之后,新生代农民工成为新的社会焦点.新生代农民工群体,尤其是其中的80后外出务工女性,在年龄结构、教育水平、心理特征和社会经历方面都有着明显的时代特征.在传统的性别角色期待与自我角色期望之间,80后外出务工女性经历了自我角色的主流化、觉醒、冲突、定位与多样化的过程.为此,我们应该给予她们更多的社会关注和社会支持,通过整合社会各个层面的优势资源,为她们创造良好的社会发展环境.
