| Abstract: | It is an objective phenomenon that procuratorates and courts should arrive at different conclusions.We can find out problems and explore regular patterns by observing the phenomenon.Based on a sample investigation,this article fully reveals the phenomenon in judicial practice,aiming to see the whole picture from the sample.The article makes a deep analysis of the causes,trying to explore regular patterns.Based on the analysis,the article gives rational reflections and comes up with some countermeasures. |
