证券监管模式的国际比较与启示

世界各国证券监管可分为集中型监管模式、自律型监管模式和中间型监管模式。通过对这三种监管模式比较 ,可以看出 ,混业监管是金融监管的趋势 ,证券监管的趋势是以自律管理为基础 ,政府监管为指导。我国的证券监管应该进一步完善内部监管制度 ,提高自律机构的监管权力 ,并注意加强与各国金融监管机构以及国际金融组织的合作。

The Comparison of the international Securities Supervise Pattern and Apocalypse

Because of the difference of situation , history and culture , three Security Supervise patterns such as centralizing pattern, self-discipline pattern and middle pattern have developed.Comparing those Security Supervise patterns, we can see that the trend of securities supervise system is to establish mingling-supervise pattern which is based on self-discipline and is directed by government.Learning from international practice, Chinashould strengthen internal supervise system and improve the power of self-discipline organizations and reinforce the cooperation with overseas supervise system and international financial organizations.
