| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果,是对人类社会发展规律的深化。科学发展观作为新的社会发展指导理论,其"科学性"体现在明确回答了"什么是发展"、"发展为什么"、"如何发展"、"怎样评价发展"、"发展什么"等重大理论问题,具有重大的理论价值和现实意义。经过无数事实证明,坚持马克思主义是时代的要求和人民的要求。
