| 摘 要： | 我国的边疆多民族地区政治文明建设面临着与其他地区不同的问题,主要包括民族区域自治、执政党的建设、政府的职能转变和能力建设、决策机制、权力运行机制、基层政权建设、政治文化建设、政治稳定等重大问题。边疆多民族地区的政治文明建设就是要着力解决这些问题。相应地,边疆多民族地区政治文明建设的成效也取决于这些问题解决的程度。

| Abstract: | The political-civilization construction in the border and minority area of China has different key concerns which include the regional autonomy,the construction of the party in power,the functional transfer and ability construction of the government,the mechanism of policy-making and power-operation,the construction of the grass-roots political power,political and cultural construction and political stability.The political-civilization construction in the border and minority area of China aims to solve these problems,on which the future achievements rely. |
