| Abstract: | The media is playing more and more important role in the contemporary society,the function of supervision by public opinion of the media has already reached the judicial field.So as the organ of national public power,how to know the media and relation with media correctly to investigate the organ,how to apply the function of supervision by public opinion of the media to the investigation course,serving for investigation,the ones that promoted investigation are just publicly,have extremely important meaning to investigation. |
