亲职教育与未成年人被害预防探析

亲职教育即研究如何教育父母,从而使他们更好地教育孩子以促进孩子们健康成长和顺利社会化的一门学问。从易被害时空、犯罪人与被害人的互动及被害后果等方面做好亲职教育工作,有利于提升未成年人被害预防的意识和能力。应从加强亲职教育的专门立法、提高家长亲职教育意识、建立亲职教育的专门指导机构、扩充亲职教育的内容及丰富亲职教育的实施方式等方面着手,充分发挥亲职教育在未成年人被害预防方面的功能。

On Protection of Non-grown ups and Parents Education

Parents Education is a science, aimed to teach parents to educate their children and make them grow up better and enter into the society. We should pay attention to the time, space of crimes, the interaction between the victims and criminals, and the criminal results. We should improve the consciousness and ability of their self-protection. We should strengthen the legislation of parents education, improve the parents＇ consciousness, build up the specialized instruction organizations, enlarge the education contents, enrich the education means, and make parents education be useful in the protection of non-grown ups.
