| 摘 要： | 在现代社会中,《物权法》承担着定纷止争的社会功能,交易安全的法价值是其追求的根本目标,物权变动安全制度体系的建立显得尤为必要,不同的物权变动模式的选择体现了立法中不同价值目标的追求,在以债权形式主义为原则,登记对抗主义为例外的二元化物权变动模式下,交易安全制度得以建立,而善意取得制度则发挥了完善交易安全制度体系的功能。
