| Abstract: | A new era,a new mission.Chinese Communist Party,the leading core of the cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,whose governing ability construction is concerned with the improvement of Party and the whole process of the cause of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics.On the base of mastering the subject of the CCP and concluding the historic experience in a scientific way,our Party has established a fundamental principle of rule by law,the next is to strengthen the fundamental capability of Constitutional thinking. |
