| Abstract: | Chinese public security administrative reconsideration is facing increasing problems for the period ahead, especially after China entered the WTO. In orde to suit the needs of the new situation, we must learn to grasp the basic rules of WTO, pay great attentions to the problems, think out counter-measures in many ways, keep up with the times, thus we can do a better and perfect job in public security administrative reconsideration. |
