| Abstract: | With the constant improvement of college students’ voluntary service system, the scientific and standard management of voluntary service teams has become a key factor during the development of voluntary service. Voluntary service is an effective way to enhance college students’ public awareness. It is also an effective carrier to promote spiritual civilization and establish socialist concept of honor and disgrace. Meanwhile, there exists a series of problems which hamper the development and management of voluntary service teams. As a result, several countermeasures should be taken to solve those problems. |
