大学生公益服务的困境及出路——论大学生社会化公益组织

当前大学生公益服务存在人员延续性差、资源获取不足、行政化严重等不足与缺点。在微公益、民间公益、青年公益蓬勃发展的条件下,大学生公益服务的社会化、组织化成为其走出困境的必然选择。这类大学生社会化公益组织具有柔性的组织形式、资源的整合性等特点,具有促进大学生服务性学习,提升校地合作层次及有利于公益价值彰显等价值。

The Dilemmas and Solutions to College Students' Public Service

The current defects of college students’ public service lie in poor personnel continuity, lack of resources, and strong administrativization. With the rapid development of micro charity, civil public service and youth public service, the socialization and organization of college students’ public service have become inevitable options to get out of the dilemmas. Such socialized public service organizations are featured by flexible organization patterns and integrated resources, and can promote college students’ service learning, increase the level of cooperation between universities and local communities, and facilitate the demonstration of public values.
