| Abstract: | A bulky drug trafficking crime in which huge quantities of illicit drugs are observed is the most dangerous one among all drug-related crimes.The investigation tactics of enticement is introduced for investigators to easily control case development and steer the final results of the case.To apply the method of "offering an opportunity" legally,the legislators should identify such elements of enticement as apply main body,serving objects,usage procedures and evidence regulations. |
