完善系统科学的中国禁毒法律体系——《禁毒法》内容介绍

2007年12月29日，十届全国人大常委会第三十一次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国禁毒法》（以下简称《禁毒法》）。《禁毒法》是根据当前禁毒工作实际需要，总结多年来禁毒工作实践经验制定的一部全面综合规范禁毒工作的法律。对全面加强禁毒工作有重要的意义。

Improvement on Systematic and Scientific Anti-drug Legal System of China A Brief Introduction of Anti-drug Law of People＇s Republic of China

On December 29, 2007, the Antidrag Law of the People＇s Repub lic of China （hereinafter referred to as Anti-drug Law） was adopted at the 31 st Session of the Standing Committee of the 10th National People＇s Congress of the People＇s Republic of China. The Anti-drug Law, a law which comprehensively regulating anti-drug works, was enacted in accordance with the actual demand of current anti-drug works, summarizing the long-term or years＇ practical experiences of anti-drug works. Conse-quently, it is of great importance to enhance the overall anti-drug works.
