Explanation of Crimes and Neutrality of Value

In our country, because of lacking base of positive analysis, criminologists shall maintain position of neutrality value in order to make up the defect. By replaying the crime and disclosing the reason, the policy maker and publics can be pulled back to the reality and made to treat the degree and way of reaction to crime in a rational manner, and a new vision is provided for the ordinary people. Finally, in the same way, the specific parts of the individuals, country and society, which are easy to incur offence, are revealed and forced to respond to the realistic needs of polity selection.
