For dangerous crimes,the general view denies that the behavior to prevent the actual harm results from dangerous state automatically and effectively belongs to discontinuance of crime.However,according to relevant theory and the relevant provisions of the criminal code,we find that,this kind of circumstance is not only in conformity with the conditions of discontinuance of crime,but also the inevitable requirement of the austerity of criminal law.
