| Abstract: | Forensic psychiatry is to study and solve all kinds of mentally handicapped people＇s position and re- sponsbility in criminal lawsuit and civil lawsuit, which belongs to a branch of psychiatry and is an interdisci- plinary subject between law and psychiatry. To make this subject have a better development and progress, we are expected to have a clear idea of its developing history in China. |
