对大学生就业市场信息不对称问题的探究

近年来,大学生就业难的问题成为困扰着国家、社会、教育者、家长以及大学生自身的一个突出难题,造成大学生就业压力大、就业困难的原因是多方面的,笔者试图从经济学的视角去分析这一问题,利用经济学中的不对称信息理论剖析大学生就业市场存在的问题并寻求行之有效的解决方法,期待能为改善我国目前大学生就业困难的现状提供可以参考的理论依据。

Exploration to college student job mar-ket information asymmetry problem

Recent years,the university students' getting employed has become a prominent problem,which is puzzling the country,the society,the educators,the guardians as well as university students themselves.The reasons which cause the university students to be under high pressure of employment comes from a number of aspects,The author attempts to analyze this problem from the economic angle of view,to analyzes the existenct problems in university students' employment market by using the asymmetric theory in economics and to seek the effective solution,expecting to provide the university students with reference basis for improving the present situation of their difficult employment.
