黑龙江省对俄远东经贸合作的新机遇与对策建议

近年来,黑龙江省对俄远东地区经贸合作继续发展,但仍面临着投资总额少投资主体弱、缺少大项目支撑、沿边省区优势未得到很好发挥等问题。同时,2012年中俄高层都发生了重大变动,俄远东地区也有很大变化,面临着新政府对远东开发高度重视、俄加入世界贸易组织、亚太经合组织峰会召开、中俄互办＂旅游年＂等重大机遇。我们应抓住这有利时机,进一步扩大黑龙江省对俄远东地区经贸合作,提升合作水平。

In recent years, The Economic and Trade Cooperation between Heilongjiang Province and the Far East Area of Russia had a development. But, it still has some problems. At the same time, both of the two countries＇leaders changed, so is the Far East area. With the opportunities like new governmentg attention, Russia＇s enter into WTO, the happening of APEC, tourist year between China and Russia, we can improve the economic and trade cooperation between Heilongjiang province and the Far East area of Russia.
