| Abstract: | What is the best way of dealing with following problems? For example, how to assure the quality of labor dispute arbitration, how to protect legitimate rights and interests of the parties to industrial relations, how to stabilize the ranks of workers and enterprises' order and promote economic development, and how to guard the sanctity of the law. Labor dispute arbitration should be incorporated into judicial supervision of National People's Congress. That is one of workable measures at present. |
