| 摘 要： | 近年来,我国汽车产业发展迅猛,对拉动国民经济持续增长起到了显著的积极作用。加入WTO后,汽车产业必须进行整合重组,以产品为核心,通过技术的重组推动资产的重组,从而实现规模生产,收到预期的规模经济效益。
