| 摘 要： | 集装箱偷渡已成为上海港口岸偷渡活动的一个重要手段。根据对集装箱偷渡的现状、特点、规律和成因所做的理论分析,做好防止集装箱偷渡活动应抓住源头、办案、调研、管理、宣传和立法六个方面工作,以切实维护上海口岸的正常出入境秩序,树立国际大都市形象。

| Abstract: | Running a blockade concerning containers has become an important means of the activity of running a blockade in ports of Shanghai. According to the theoretical analysis of the current situation, features, orderliness and the causing reason of running a blockade concerning containers, we should grasp the original source, handling cases, investigation and research, administration, propagation, and legislation to prevent the activity of running a blockade concerning containers, in order to maintain the normal exit - entry order in ports of Shanghai in a down - to - the - earth way, and build up an image of international metropolis. |
