论公有制和非公有制经济共同发展

在我国社会主义市场经济中,公有制企业的产权并不必然不清晰,非公有制企业也并不必然侵害社会利益,公有制经济与非公有制经济之间的关系应该是协调的、共存共荣的、相辅相成的。两者之间还会产生大量的混合经济,这是社会经济活动发展的必然。推动公有制和非公有制经济共同发展,已经成为我国经济改革的一项重要任务。

On Mutual Development of Public-Owned and Non Public-Owned Economy

In Chinese socialist market economy, ownership of public-owned enterprises are not necessarily unclear nor will non public-owned enterprises harm social benefits. The relationship between public-owned economy and non public-owned economy should be harmonious, coexistent and complementary. Somewhere between the both, lots of mixed economy will arise, which is the necessity for the development of social economic activities. It has become an important task of our economic reform to improve the mutual development of public-owned and non public-owned economy.
