社会组织构建:调适国家与社会关系的重要资源

社会组织是调适国家与社会关系的重要资源,建设社会主义和谐社会必须充分发挥社会组织在调适国家与社会关系中的积极作用。但从我国当前社会组织的现状来看,认识上存在偏差;数量上严重不足;功能上发挥受限;自身建设不够规范。推进中国社会组织发展,要科学界定社会组织概念和范畴,把属于社会组织的权利放下去,重视社会组织的建设和管理,从而为社会组织功能的发挥提供更为广阔的空间。
